In the area there is a number of convenience stores, bakeries, pharmacies, gyms, fast food outlets, ethnic food stores, open air market etc.
The proximity to the City centre offers a range of additional services & shops.
In the east, the area is bordering to park areas with walking paths, playing fields and playgrounds, such as Viskängen and Jordbodalen.
Bus connections to just about anywhere in town is very good. If you have a car, there is free parking on the street or larger parking space in the same block.

This private 3-storey villa is located on the hills of Helsingborg city, overlooking the strait between Sweden and Denmark, only a 10 minute walk from the central station "Knutpunkten" and the football stadium "Olympia".
In walking deistance, about 2 kms away there are several nice sandy beaches and long seaside walks.
I have owned the property for a good 25 years. Over the years a vision for transforming the dusty attic storage room into a cozy apartment slowly evolved.
This vision was realized in 2009-2011, partly with professional help, but most of the interior I did on my own. I have invested many hundreds of hours.
The result is a very unique and original penthouse apartment with plenty of nooks and crannies, smart solutions to limited space, with a very cozy atmosphere and an amazing seaview overlooking the strait between Sweden and Denmark where sunsets sometimes are mindblowing.
I have practised yoga for more than 15 years and live a healthy life.
I used to be the owner of a spa and have been working professionally giving deep tissue oil massage, aroma therapy, thai-massage, chakra healing and tantra therapy for many years.
Now days I offer an intuitive energy massage particularly designed for women, incorporating all the above techniques.
